International Journal of Advanced Science Computing and Engineering (IJASCE) is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality papers on all aspects of advanced science computing and engineering. The IJASCE is an international open access refereed journal that has been published online since 2019. The IJASCE is an emerging and promising discipline in shaping future research and development activities in academia and industry, in fields ranging from engineering, science, computing. New challenges arise in the modelling of complex systems, sophisticated algorithms, advanced scientific and engineering computing and associated (multidisciplinary) problem-solving environments. IJASCE addresses the state of the art of all aspects of computational science and engineering, highlighting computational methods and techniques for science and engineering applications. As our commitment to the IJASCE follows the Open Access policy that allows the published articles freely available online without any subscription.

The International Journal of Applied Science in Computing and Engineering (IJASCE), established in 2019, has adopted a new article template beginning with its 2024 issues. This update enhances formatting consistency, improves readability, and aligns with international publishing standards.

The new template standardizes manuscript structure, citation styles, and visual presentation to support clarity and discoverability—benefiting both authors and indexing services' metadata.

All new submissions must use the updated template, available on the journal’s website. We thank our authors and reviewers for their continued support and welcome new contributions that align with the journal’s applied, interdisciplinary focus.

Since its first publication in 2019, the International Journal of Applied Science in Computing and Engineering (IJASCE) has emerged as a dynamic platform for publishing applied research at the intersection of computing, software engineering, and real-world technological innovation. The journal is committed to advancing problem-solving approaches that combine computational theory with practical implementation across various domains, including healthcare, logistics, education, and public service.

IJASCE highlights studies that integrate modern software development methodologies, machine learning techniques, embedded systems, and data analytics. Articles in recent issues explore diverse topics—from voice-enabled warehouse inventory systems using Arduino and speech recognition to sentiment analysis on health data sourced from social media platforms. Other contributions go beyond bioinformatics, including the classification of genomic data and the application of heuristic algorithms to generate course timetables in academic institutions. These research efforts reflect the journal’s dedication to bridging theoretical foundations with societal and industry-based applications.
